Grand Opening Demo

After the wushu center in Enfield closed, it was essentially relocated to East Windsor, under the direction of Master Lisandro. Students from our school came over to demonstrate and celebrate the grand opening.
Our bros from the east windsor school. it's weird how they have a different uniform and practice different forms, so it feels like they're a different school all together.

Master Hu makes some announcements and good wishes for the new school.
hehe, marco took a bunch of pictures of the basic kicks, but the difficult thing about my camera is that there's a focus delay, so he didn't get any shots of kicks at full extension.
peter might be small, but there's no doubt he's in charge.
all i could think about when peter was doing staff was the time we had a little demo at a movie theatre, and he slammed the staff into a plant, and kept on going like nothing happened.
Rich is forever cursed with having to do the snake form during demos.

after we were done, we were treated to the students from the east windsor school demonstrating some of their forms.
Good show, though the audience mainly consisted of family and friends. I wish there was more of draw for the general public... that's what a grand opening is all about.
either marco was busy enjoying the show or he was asleep, but he didn't take too many pictures. here are some pictures that megan took of the show that i scanned... which once again convince me that digital is forever the way to go.
